Serve
Serving at Freedom City
At Freedom City, we believe every person is called to live out their faith by serving others—both inside and outside the walls of the church. As it says in Galatians 5:13, “You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love.” We want to faithfully live that out in the way we love and serve every week!
Whether you have a lot of availability or just a little, there’s a place for you here. From kids ministry to hospitality, production, worship, outreach, and more, every role helps create space for people to encounter Jesus and experience freedom.
Take a look through the opportunities below and apply for the team that best fits your gifts, passions, and season of life.
Freedom Kids
Freedom Kids Ministry is all about helping children discover who Jesus is in a safe, fun, and engaging environment. Through stories, worship, games, and conversation, we come alongside the next generation as they begin to build a foundation of faith.
Whether you’re a natural with kids or just willing to show up and love well, there’s a place for you here. We’ll train you, support you, and help you make a lasting impact.
Technical Arts
Our Technical Arts team helps facilitate worship services through audio, video, and lighting support, ensuring a seamless environment for worship and teaching.
We play a behind-the-scenes role that helps remove distractions so people can stay focused on Jesus.
No experience is needed—we’ll train you and walk with you as you learn.
Worship Team
The Worship Team leads our church in worship during weekend services, creating space for people to encounter the presence of God and respond to Him in freedom and truth.
We are a team that values freedom in Christ, worship that is Spirit-led, and hearts fully surrendered to Jesus!
Hospitality
The Hospitality Team helps create a loving and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
This team serves in a variety of ways, including greeting guests with a friendly face, helping direct and serve in the parking lot, and setting up and running the coffee bar.
